Frankly, I quit smoking 19 years ago and had such a difficult time quitting that my curiosity was piqued when I noticed this book for sale. I purchased and read it and have to say that I believe that if I had the knowledge imparted by this book when I had quit, I would have fared so much better. I only wish this book was around 19 years ago. The quitting process would have been so much easier and I wouldn’t have gained so much weight. I can affirmatively say that I feel it’s a foolproof method and I recommend it highly for any and all smokers.
