		<description>Make sure that your outdoor unit is actually running before you call anyone. If it is not check both the circuit breaker and the disconnect switch at the unit. If you have power at both of those you might have a break in the low voltage wire between the furnace and A/C. Mice and rabbits love to chew on those. On a side note, if you wait to turn your unit on until it is very hot, it will take a long time for the temp to drop because you have to get the humidity out of the house. Plus it wastes alot of electricity.</description>
